Gibasura sa Korte Suprema ang hangyo sa kampo ni Senador Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa nga moluwat og temporary restraining order batok sa pagpatuman sa arrest warrant sa International Criminal Court (ICC).
Sa boto nga 9 ang pabor, 5 ang supak ug 1 ang abstain, gibasura sa Supreme Court, ang petisyon alang sa TRO ug status quo ante order nga gisang-at sa kampo sa senador.
Ilang gihangyo nga dili ipatuman sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Philippine National Police (PNP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Bureau of Immigration (BI), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), ug Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ang warrant gikan sa ICC.
Giklaro sa Korte Suprema nga ang petition pa lang sa TRO ang ilang gidesisyonan ug wala pay apil ang ubang mosyon sa kaso.
Gisang-at ang petisyon niadtong miaging tuig aron kuwestiyonon ang hurisdiksyon sa ICC sa Pilipinas ug ang kooperasyon sa atong gobyerno niini.
