Pinangulohan ni PCOL Oliver Sotto Navales, Provincial Director sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office.
Gisaksihan ang maong seremonya sa BFP, pinangulohan ni FSUPT Romeo L. Miranda, Provincial Fire Marshal, uban ang presensya sa mga opisyal gikan sa DILG-Bukidnon, City Mayor’s Office, Provincial Governor’s Office, ug sa City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office sa Malaybalay City.
Gibanabanang kinatibuk-ang kantidad Php 114,333.00. sa mga nakumpiska nga ilegal nga pabuto ug pyrotechnic device gilangkuban sa a.) 102 Boxes, 8 packs and 8 pieces of Pla-pla; b.) 129 Boxes, 10 packs and 30 pieces of Popop; c.) 5 Reams, 87 Boxes and 16 Packs of Picolo; d.) 5 Rolls, 1 Box, 3 Reams, 38 Packs and 22 pieces of 5 star/OG; e.) 1,923 pieces of Kwitis/Sato; f.) 141 pieces of whistle bombs; g.) 2,600 rounds of Juda’s belt/Sawa; h.) 19 pieces of Rambo; i.) 2 Reams and 6 Packs of Bawang; j.) 16 pieces fountain; k.) 75 sticks of moon travellers; l.) 56 packs of sparklers; m.) 12 packs of Happy New Year; n.) 15 packs Dragon; o.) 1 piece battery and candles; p.) 5 pieces batibot;q.) 5 boxes of Fuego; and r.) 1 boga.
