Pasabot niini, dili na kinahanglang mangayo og resibo gikan sa city treasury aron makapasa og maternity benefit claim sa SSS subay sa No Payment Policy sa magkoha og kopya sa mga civil registry documents sa opisina sa City Civil Registrar.
Importante usab gihapon nga dokumento ang Birth ug Death Certificate, ug certification sa civil registrar aron maproseso na ang maternity claims.
Gipasalamatan usab sa City LGU ang SSS sa gipakitang suporta niini sa dakbayan.
