Naghiusa ang LGU Carmen ug Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) sa pagpalapad sa digital connectivity pinaagi sa JuanSIM ng Bayan Program – Bayanihan SIM Project, nga nagtinguha sa paghatag og libre nga internet access sa mga underserved ug unserved communities.
Sa pagpanguna ni Mayor Leony Bahague, girepresentahan ni Municipal Administrator Erlinda L. Marapao ang LGU Carmen, samtang mitambong usab si Engr. Octavio S. Guibelondo Jr., DICT Davao del Norte Provincial Officer.
Atol sa panagtigom, gihisgutan ang mga program updates ug koordinasyon aron masiguro ang hapsay nga implementasyon ug regional rollout sa maong proyekto nga gitumong sa paghatag og mas maayong digital services sa katawhan.
